I have truly loved the past five years at PSESD and the Puget Sound College & Career Network. The opportunity to serve our region and students in this capacity has been a joy and such a privilege. I love how we actively work to live our anti-racist values, the incredible PSCCN team, amazing partners, and the boldness with which we envision together and then roll up our sleeves to make big improvements for students.
We are planning shared transitional leadership across the PSCCN team to maintain this strong momentum. Mercy Daramola will serve as Interim Postsecondary Director until the hiring process is completed so please direct any questions you would otherwise sent my way to her (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Because of our collective work, our region and PSCCN is poised for such incredible potential in the coming months and years. PSCCN will soon launch several hiring processes. Please help us find the next leaders of this work! Watch for new positions to be posted here in the next few days. If you're interested in hearing about the positions, please sign up and we will be sure you receive the announcements once they are posted.
I will continue to be in this work and hope to find new ways to partner. In July, I'll begin serving as the Deputy Director at Get Schooled, a national nonprofit helping young people get to college, find first jobs, and succeed in both through compelling digital content, personalized support, partnerships and deep engagement on social media and text. I would love to stay connected to you and this work- please stay in touch (LinkedIn).
