PSCCN is excited to announce our 2021 Postsecondary Transition Demonstration Project. From February - November 2021, PSCCN will facilitate two separate partnerships. Each partnership comprised of 1 district partner and 1-2 community and technical college partners. The PSCCN Demonstration Project will be focused on significantly improving equity in college access and completion student outcomes for the class of 2021. Over this 10 month period PSCCN will work closely with each partnership, guiding them through a continuous improvement framework, while leveraging internal strategies and resources, and build on mutually beneficial data that supports postsecondary access and success.
This demonstration project builds off of the learnings from our Postsecondary Transition Work Group last summer. For those who would like to learn more about the work that occurred we invite you to read our newsletter article "Learnings From a Summer of Transition". We are excited to continue our work to support students who attempt to navigate the immense personal and educational challenges presented by COVID-19 (learn more about these impacts in the National Student Clearinghouse High School Benchmarks Report).
For those interested in applying to participate in the 2021 Postsecondary Transition Demonstration Project, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding the application process.
