PSCCN Community Message
PSCCN is pleased to share our newly updated College Transition Checklists page. These resources are meant to help you provide clear communication and support to your students navigating the college enrollment process. We’ve also included some new resources in collaboration with our partners at the Community Center for Education Results (CCER), as well as some COVID-19 college transition resources.
College Transition Checklists and the corresponding ADA documents have been updated. Thank you to all the colleges that provided us with updated information. Please note that updates do not include changes that may have been implemented as a result of COVID-19.
College Resource Guides: Provided by our colleagues at CCER, these Resource Guides can be used to supplement the College Transition Checklists. They provide students with information on what resources exist on each campus, and where they can be located.
Transition Grid: This document is intended to consolidate specific deadlines or policy changes that have been altered as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis. This is a live document and we continue to seek out specific information to enhance this resource. If you have information that can help make this document more complete, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
COVID-19 College Resource Pages: As the current health crisis is a fluid and evolving situation, we want to be sure you have direct access to the information you need to support students. We have provided links to each college’s own COVID-19 Resource page. These pages may vary in detail but should provide information on how to access college resources during campus closures.
Help us Improve these Resources!
We want to ensure these transition resources are as effective as possible. Below, you will find a link to an online survey. Please take a few moments to let us know how we can improve these resources for you and your students.
