Welcome La Shonda Lipscomb to the PSCCN Team!

La Shonda joins the team as Director of Postsecondary Programs. She is a versatile and charismatic individual who has worked for over 13 years in the ABE and ELL fields. La Shonda has had the pleasure of holding positions as an Instructor, a Teacher Trainer, a Manager, a College Navigator, a Student Success Specialist, and a Director. Over four years, She has done some volunteer work for non-profit organizations that encourage development, Education, equity, and inclusion. La Shonda holds a Master's degree in Education. She also has experience teaching adult education and intensive English programs at the post-secondary and university levels in the U.S. and abroad. Previously, La Shonda served as the Director of Basic & Transitional Studies at Seattle Central College and was the Event Operations Director for the first annual Na Wahine O ka Mana: The Power of Women Summit.  La Shonda is originally from Los Angeles, and when she is not busy working, you can find her traveling, dancing, and bringing folks together.
